Peter Lee Johnson

Peter Lee Johnson is an innovative violinist and composer located in Los Angeles. He brings a fresh perspective to the sound of the violin through soulful improvisation and heartfelt productions. His violin cover videos have already gained nearly 15 million views on YouTube. Peter performs around the country at private events and concerts and has performed with many talented individuals including Alan White (drummer for Yes), Steve Miller, Christina Perri, Paul Jackson Jr., and Mark Salling (Glee). Classically trained since the age of 4, Johnson started experimenting with jazz and pop at a young age. As a studio violinist, Peter is valued for his improvisational skills on all genres of music. His violin can be heard on songs featuring Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa, Too Short, ZZ Ward, and Kenny Latimore. Peter also enjoys composition, and has done scoring work for Xbox, Teleflora, many short films, and 7 Years Underground: A 60’s Tale (documentary). Peter is currently working on his debut album.
