Mari Edelman ’69 highlighted in Los Angeles Times

USC Thornton alumna and former student of Eleonore Schoenfeld, Mari Edelman (PhD ’69), was mentioned in a Los Angeles Times article on LA Mayor Eric Garcetti’s meeting with local arts leaders. Edelman is one of the new appointed members to the Cultural Affairs Commission, a volunteer board that advises the Cultural Affairs Department and reviews and votes on proposals for public artworks paid for by the city and private donors.
