The USC Thornton Jazz Orchestra is joined by celebrated jazz quartet the Yellowjackets in a concert welcoming drummer Will Kennedy to the USC Thornton faculty. In addition to Kennedy, the Yellowjackets include two other USC Thornton faculty – saxophonist Bob Mintzer, chair of the Jazz Studies program, and keyboardist Russell Ferrante – along with bassist Dane Alderson.
