Join leaders from Mindful USC and Campus Wellbeing & Education for a discussion on mindfulness and how mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being can help Thornton student musicians stay balanced, calm and productive.
The discussion will be led by two of USC’s top experts in mindfulness, including Dr. Varun Soni, USC Dean of Religious Life, and Dr. Ilene Rosenstein, associate vice provost for Campus Wellbeing & Education.
Soni will talk about Mindful USC and the many support groups and community activities offered in the Office of Religious Life. Rosenstein will unveil the new USC Interactive Wellness App (“AskARI”), which uses AI technology to help students become more self-aware, learn skills to deal with life challenges, and refers them to well-being resources they may need in an interactive, private space.
