The USC Thornton Opera Program will present four performances of Christoph Willibald Gluck’s Iphigénie en Tauride from April 23-26, 2015 at the Bing Theater on the University Park campus.
In this second video exploring the rarely-performed French drama, Music Director Brent McMunn and Vocal Arts graduate student Chelsea Chaves discuss the musical preparations for the production. Chaves, a soprano, will play the role of head priestess in the new production.
Tickets for Iphigénie en Tauride are free for USC students, faculty and staff and are available to the general public for $18. Click here to read more about the new production.
