David McLemore, BM Candidate
David McLemore, a tuba student of Jim Self, won 1st prize in the Pasadena Solo Competition.

Yevgeniy Milyavskiy, BM ’06, MM Candidate
Yevgeniy Milyavskiy, a piano student of Daniel Pollack, won the Grand Prize of the Los Angeles Franz Liszt International Competition and was awarded a debut recital in Budapest next May.

Edward Trybek, DMA Candidate
Edward Trybek, doctoral candidate in classical guitar, received the Silver Medal in the 49th Tokyo International Guitar Competition.

Randall Bills, DMA Candidate

Jacque Fontaine has been chosen as 2006 Miss California and will receive a $10,000 scholarship.
