For technology purchased with non-USC funds, Thornton Technology provides limited support on accessing USC campus resources and Thornton classrooms and venues.
For assistance, please send an email to Thornton Technology, and provide the following information so we may better assist you:
- Name of the person experiencing the issue
- Location where issue is taking place
- A detailed description of the issue, including any error messages or observations
- Contact information (email, phone)
