What was one of your favorite USC Thornton experiences?
With the help of some of the amazing Music Industry professors my freshman year, I was able to attend the GRAMMY Awards.
What was your favorite USC GE class?
The Universe
What is your favorite thing about Los Angeles?
Being so close to everything related to the entertainment industry; there are so many amazing job/internship opportunities, fantastic live shows every single night and you definitely meet some of the coolest people.
What is something you wish you knew when you were applying to college?
Don’t worry so much about taking every single AP test or getting straight A’s. It is much more important to be yourself and actively pursue activities that you enjoy – it definitely shows.
Where is your favorite place on campus?
The Music Library in Doheny. It’s super quiet and a great place to go if you gotta crank out that last minute paper (definitely not because that has ever happened to me before).
What was your favorite thing about being a student at the Thornton School?
I think the friendships that I’ve made with other Thornton students has been one of the best parts. My friends are always doing really cool music stuff and we do everything that we can to all support one another.
Why did you choose the Thornton School?
Thornton undoubtedly has one of the best programs to study music business and has one of the most extensive alumni networks. The Trojan Family is very much real and very much alive. All of my past internships have been with fellow Trojans and I’ve made some of my best friends through USC Thornton.
