USC Thornton Baroque Sinfonia: Mission Music of the Americas

USC Thornton's early music ensemble, the Baroque Sinfonia, is led by faculty members Adam Knight Gilbert and Jason Yoshida in "Mission Music of the Americas." This concert features students from the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, Finland.

Founded in 1986 by James Tyler, the USC Thornton Baroque Sinfonia is an ensemble of period instruments and voices specializing in music from the 16th through the mid-18th centuries.

Admission is free and open to the public with RSVP. Free RSVP signups for this event will be available on Friday, February 7 at 12 p.m. View all of Thornton's Signature Series events.

All Thornton Signature Series Events have a standby line for fully booked events. Please arrive early to claim your ticket and allow enough time for parking, locating the venue, and checking in. If you have not arrived five minutes before the start time, you forfeit your spot to the waitlist/standby line.
