USC Winter Undergraduate Orientation Experience – Welcome Trojans
Week of December 5
All new students must register for Welcome Trojans Orientation program to ensure successful transition to USC and to register for Spring classes. Visit the Orientation Website for reservation details and more information. Once you are registered for Orientation, be sure to check the Winter Orientation Blackboard course for important information and details about Orientation. The course will be live after October 1 and will be accessible through Blackboard in myUSC.
USC Thornton Academic Expectations Presentation
December 5, 10:00AM PST
As part of the Orientation Experience, all Spring admits must attend this Academic Expectations presentation to understand degree requirements, resources available to you as a Thornton student, and to meet the Thornton Student Affairs team. More information will be shared with students via email at least one week prior.
Advisement and Course Registration
Week of December 5
As part of the Welcome Trojans Orientation program, students will register for their Spring coursework on December 8. Prior to this date, you will meet with your academic advisor to prepare for registration. The Academic Expectations presentation on December 5 will also help prepare you for registration. More information will be shared with students via email at least one week prior to registration date.
Registration and Tuition Deadline
January 6, 5:00PM PST
All new students must register for spring classes and pay their tuition by 5:00PM on Friday, January 6. Failure to meet this deadline may result in late registration and/or late settlement fees. Students are encouraged to pay their bills online at usc.edu/uscepay.
