ENSEMBLES
The USC Apollo Chorus is a non-auditioned choir open to all students of the university, regardless of major. It performs the repertoire traditionally associated with tenor/bass ensembles: both choral masterworks and contemporary gems.
The Apollo Chorus creates an artistic community of excellence, supportive relationships and enjoyable learning and performing opportunities. No prior experience required.
Apollo Chorus membership is approximately 40 auditioned singers. The ensemble is advised by faculty member Dr. Tram Sparks and conducted by a team of graduate students.
Apollo advisor Tram Sparks is Chair and Associate Professor of Practice at the School of Music.
The following graduate teaching assistants are currently aiding choral ensembles at USC Thornton.
