New work by Alexander Mansour premiered by Alabama Symphony Orchestra

The Alabama Symphony Orchestra presented the world premiere of “SPARK” in June by composer Alexander Mansour (MM ’21), an alum of the Composition program. The piece for strings, brass, and timpani was commissioned as part of the orchestra’s Sound Investment program and performed as part of the final Spring Serenades concert.
