What is your favorite place on campus and why?
The cinematic arts building and patio. I love relaxing by the fountain and watching all of the cinematic arts students meet and discuss their projects. It’s such a nice area and Coffee Bean is awesome.
What is your go-to place for a delicious snack/meal on or around campus?
Coffee Bean or Panda Express
What is your favorite thing about Los Angeles?
Everyday has the opportunity to be an adventure. There are so many different places to go and people to meet. I’ve lived here my whole life and still haven’t done everything.
What advice would you share with students applying to music schools right now?
Fortune favors the bold! Dare to be different and express yourself and what you WANT out of USC. This school wants you to take advantage of its resources so now is not the time to be humble about your intentions. If you want to conquer the world, say that and say how you plan to use USC to get you there.
Why did you choose USC Thornton?
The music industry program is unlike any other program in the country. It is truly one of a kind and all the faculty and students in Thornton are world class.
