ALAJE, the Afro-Latin American Jazz Ensemble led by Jazz Studies Professor of Percussion Aarón Serfaty, features music from various genres of Latin culture. 

The event also features two student ensembles led by faculty member Vince Mendoza, presenting a blend of original compositions and standards performed by USC Thornton students.
