What is your favorite place on campus and why?
Doheny library; the fancy ceilings and wooden bookshelves make studying feel glamorous- I always get so much work done.
What is your go-to place for a delicious snack/meal on or around campus?
C&G in the Tutor Campus Center has really good smoothies and açaí bowls.
What is your favorite thing about Los Angeles?
LA is a big city, but it also has amazing hiking and a lot of natural beauty- it’s the best of both worlds.
What advice would you share with students applying to music schools right now?
Think about the local music scene around music schools you’re applying to- being in an area with a strong arts culture may make it easier to find local jobs.
Why did you choose USC Thornton?
The professors for my major are amazing, and I thought being in LA would bring music-related opportunities and connections that I wouldn’t find elsewhere.
