What is your favorite place on campus and why?

My favorite place on campus is the Ronald Tutor Campus Center. It has some great restaurants if you want to grab something to eat and it’s also a great place to do some homework while getting some fresh air.

What is your go-to place for a delicious snack/meal on or around campus?

Insomnia Cookies is definitely my go-to place when I’m craving something sweet.

What is your favorite thing about Los Angeles?

My favorite thing about the Los Angeles is the endless amount of concerts. With the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, and numerous solo performances, there are always great concerts to see around Los Angeles.

What advice would you share with students applying to music schools right now?

Enjoy the application process! Especially for prospective music majors, the application process can be very stressful and disappointing at times, but in the end, you will end up at the right school for you, so enjoy the ride.

Why did you choose USC Thornton?

I chose the USC Thornton School of Music because I really liked the conservatory feel of the school of music within a bigger, academically prestigious university, which felt like the best of both worlds for me.
