The USC Thornton Opera Program and the USC Thornton Chamber Orchestra present Jonathan Dove and April De Angelis’ witty and moving opera, Flight. Set in an airport in Great Britain, Flight is based on the true story of a foreign refugee who has escaped his repressive homeland in the wheel-well of a jumbo jet. Trapped in a terminal during a violent rain storm, Flight explores how every day passengers react to the refugee and his plight.
