Noa Zimmerman featured in Daily Trojan

Noa Zimmerman, a senior in the Popular Music program, was recently featured in a Daily Trojan article about her music and passion for social activism. The piece breaks down two new singles Zimmerman released in October, “Palindrome King” and “Invisible Strings,” and highlights the Artivist Foundation, an organization she co-founded to connect artists involved in activism.

In the article, Patrice Rushen, chair of the Popular Music program, says of Zimmerman’s dual passions: “What’s been so beautiful is that her passion for the music has created a platform for her to be able to explore some of the other things in life she really cares about.”
