USC Polish Music Center publishes 2024 Year-In-Review

The USC Polish Music Center (PMC) published a 2024 Year-In-Review on Dec. 1, celebrating their 40th anniversary along with other accomplishments. This year, the PMC’s Henryk Wars/Henry Vars Manuscript Collection was recognized by UNESCO, the international culture body of the United Nations, and placed on Poland’s Memory of the World list.

They also organized several events, including spring’s Polish Music Center concert and the Paderewski Festival in Paso Robles. PMC Director and Curator Marek Zebrowski judged the Fortepian Paderewskiego Competition at the Bieliński Palace and gave a presentation on Henryk Wars at the MAB Conference in Chicago.
