Tracy Carr (DMA, ’94) named Professor of Double Reeds at Eastern New Mexico University

Tracy Carr (DMA, ’94) was recently promoted to Professor of Double Reeds (Oboe) at Eastern New Mexico University. She also serves as Professor of Music History at ENMU.
