San Bernadino Symphony presents “An Evening with Rod Gilfry”

Baritone Rod Gilfry, a member of USC Thornton’s Vocal Arts & Opera faculty, will be featured in concert with the San Bernadino Symphony Orchestra on Saturday, March 24th, presenting a program of Mozart overtures and arias. Guest conductor Richard Giangiulio will lead the concert with Gilfry, who is highly regarded for his performances of Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Count Almaviva (from Le nozze di Figaro), and Guglielmo (from Cosi fan tutte).

In May, Gilfry will reprise his celebrated leading role in Matthew Aucoin’s opera, Crossing as part of LA Opera’s “Off Grand” series at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills.
